Healing the Soul: The Role of Spirituality in Mental Wellbeing
India is a very diverse country in terms of culture. Around 93 percent of Indians, according to research, believe in god. Science has proven how a human being can master his soul via spirituality. Between admiration and superstition, there is a thin line. It has been demonstrated that thinking positively and remaining upbeat are effective strategies. It's our subconscious mind's magic. but in reality, how?
Our subconscious mind functions as a cache memory, fast and It stores both positive and negative memories, which we can retrieve when needed. Studies show that when your subconscious mind is stronger, you perform better. There are numerous approaches to sharpen your subconscious mind's focus. When it is positioned, it can concentrate entirely on one thing, it can become relaxed and Temple is among the best instances of that. We experience calmness, positivity, and energy because we remain silent during prayer, which trains our subconscious mind by concentrating our attention entirely on one thing. Similar to how a powerful CPU can manage several tasks and processes at once, a weakened mind will naturally manifest itself in the way we act. God is not the cause of good or bad things that happen to us; instead, it is us.
Mythology says that we have several well-known ancient texts, such as the Quran, the Bible, the Mahabharata, and the Valmiki Ramayana, which have taught us a great deal about the past and its people—namely, that all it takes is hard work to achieve anything. Strive hard and don't worry about the outcome; don't rely on other people; don't go in the wrong direction because it will always have negative results; remain composed and optimistic in all circumstances; believe in yourself; be kind and compassionate; and always be a decent person.
Rather than being admired, we might witness people delving deeply into superstition. Temples are among the finest locations for self-stabilization because they boost our concentration and self-assurance, which in turn helps us succeed in our endeavors. In fact, this is because God has given you guidance, and this has helped you. Positivity and faith in oneself that everything will work out, in the end, allow us to remain composed and enthusiastic in any circumstance.
One of my friends shared his experience with spirituality, saying that it's like we keep failing but never give up because we think the best is still to come and keep working. Our inner voice tells us to relax because God has greater things to preserve for us. and the finest result eventually appeared. We are capable of achieving what we believe. The realization or belief that there is something bigger than oneself is a necessary component of spirituality. Research has shown that spirituality helps us stay focused, and those who follow a spiritual path succeed in life earlier than those who are atheists.
As I previously stated, when someone tries to focus on something deeply, their highly developed subconscious mind can recall it. Spiritualism enables people to be present in that moment. But If you are not present don't worry, I'll be sharing some strategies in my next blog post so we can get it done.
To get to know them, stick with me :)
Your exploration of the intersection between spirituality, positivity, and the power of the subconscious mind is truly enlightening....Looking forward to your next post with strategies to sharpen our focus and presence!
